All orders placed through our website, by phone, or in person are subject to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
II. FLORAL PRODUCTS & SUBSTITUTIONS
At Oopsie Daisies Flower Company LLC, all arrangements are custom-designed using fresh, seasonal flowers. Because flowers are natural products, some variation in availability, color, and form is expected.
FLOWER VARIETY
Specific flower types may vary based on seasonal availability and freshness. When necessary, substitutions will be made with flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and design of the arrangement.
COLOR VARIATIONS
While we make every effort to match your selected color palette, slight variations in shade may occur due to natural growing conditions and seasonal differences. All substitutions will remain consistent with the intended color theme.
VASES & CONTAINERS
Vases and containers are subject to availability and may be substituted with a similar style of equal or greater value. Any replacement will complement the overall design of the arrangement.
DESIGN NOTICE
Each arrangement is handcrafted and may differ slightly from product photos. These natural variations ensure every design is unique while preserving the intended look, style, and quality.
III. ORDERS & PAYMENTS
At Oopsie Daisies Flower Company LLC, we aim to provide a seamless and secure ordering experience for every customer.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
All orders are considered confirmed only once full payment has been successfully received. Until payment is completed, no floral arrangements will be processed or reserved.

ORDER CHANGES
Requests to modify an order must be made as soon as possible. While we will always do our best to accommodate changes, adjustments may not be possible once preparation has begun, especially for custom or same-day arrangements.​
ORDER REFUSAL
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to issues related to availability, payment concerns, or suspected misuse of services. If an order is canceled by us, a full refund will be issued.
IV. DELIVERY POLICY
We strive to provide timely and professional delivery services; however:
• Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed
• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or incorrect delivery information
• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details
• If delivery cannot be completed, additional fees may apply for redelivery
V. CANCELLATIONS &
REFUNDS
Due to the perishable and custom nature of floral arrangements:
• Cancellations must be requested prior to preparation
• Same-day and custom orders may be non-refundable once processing begins
• Approved refunds may be issued as store credit or replacement at our discretion
VI. EVENTS & CUSTOM
ORDERS
Wedding and event floral services may require deposits and advance booking. Final payment deadlines and design confirmations will be provided at the time of agreement.
VII. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Once an order has been successfully delivered or picked up, Oopsie Daisies Flower Company LLC is no longer responsible for its condition. We are not liable for delays, indirect damages, or allergic reactions to floral products.
